An occupier of premises owes the visitors duty of care for their safety etc while on the premises. It therefore happens that where visitors sustain injury following accident, caused by the willful or negligent act of the property owner, any redress sought by the injured client/damages awarded by a competent court of jurisdiction, will be indemnified or compensated for by this policy.
